Crosslinkers and Electrically Conductive Adhesives
Available in water-soluble or emulsion grades, our low-toxicity, highly safe curable crosslinker reacts with carboxyl groups at low temperatures. Our mono and multi-functional cationic UV-curable materials provide excellent adhesion to difficult substrates. We also offer a variety of high thermal conductivity, electrically conductive die attach adhesives for solar and optical applications.
Special High-Reactivity Epoxy Compounds
Rely on our unique and versatile series of mono and multi-functional aliphatic epoxies to deliver high-performance coatings, UV/EB-curable inks, and adhesives. Owing to the high reactivity of the epoxy group, the DENACOL™ series is suitable for extremely diverse applications, such as reactive diluent, crosslinker, adhesive, coating, fiber, and paper modification applications.
