With the recent global rise in sustainability awareness, reducing plastic waste (de-plasticization) in packaging materials has become a top management priority in the manufacturing industry. In particular, packages for coffee, fermented foods, and chemicals that require the degassing of internal gases have traditionally relied on "plastic degassing valves".

Overview of "TiMELESS®" Valve-less Innovation

"TiMELESS®" is an innovative valve-less packaging technology that uses a patented sealing technology to allow internal gases to escape while preventing external air from entering, without using any conventional plastic valves.

By introducing this technology, it becomes possible to eliminate the physical valve part from the supply chain while maintaining the packaging's crucial "functionality". This simultaneously achieves significant reductions in material costs and delivers overwhelming environmental value (plastic reduction).
