Fewer gels. Longer runs. Filters that fit the housings you already have.

DENAFILTER

DENAFILTER stainless steel leaf disc, candle and pack filters hold about half of the global optical film filter market. Now they're available to film, resin and fiber producers across the US and Canada.

WHERE DENAFILTER FITS

When a single gel or particle can scrap a roll

DENAFILTER removes gels, black specks and foreign particles from polymer melt before they reach your die. It's the filter of choice where quality specs leave no room for error:

Optical and display films

Battery separator films for EVs and energy storage

Semiconductor and electronic materials

PET, nylon and polycarbonate resin and fiber

Pelletizing and re-pelletizing lines

WHAT YOU GET

Built to run longer and clean up faster

concentric circles with check mark

DENAFILTER leaf discs are made to match the dimensions of other manufacturers' filters, so switching doesn't mean re-engineering your line.

Patented TP and CS retainers channel melt toward the center post, cutting pressure drop and extending time between change-outs.

Sintered nonwoven metal fiber media captures deformable gels through depth filtration. Sintered wire mesh is available where you need surface filtration.

304 and 316L stainless steel resists corrosion and holds up to high-temperature, high-pressure service, cycle after cycle.

All-metal filters are cleaned and reused, so you buy fewer elements over the life of the line.

SERVICES

Beyond the Filter

Run a lab-scale filter system at your plant and see the results on your own material.

Send us your resin. We run it on a small extrusion line with DENAFILTER leaf discs and an inline defect detector in a clean environment, then share the data.

We model dead space, wall shear and temperature in your filter system to recommend the right retainer and media.
