This is an ultimate high-dispersion processed pigment that achieves outstanding transparency.
Premium organic and inorganic pigments are rendered transparent and stabilized through the company’s advanced dispersion technology. By selecting finely sized primary particles, it enables highly transparent candy colors and, when combined with pearlescent or effect pigments, provides colors with excellent design appeal as well as depth and richness.
With an average particle size of 100–200 nm, the extremely fine dispersion is evident. The vehicle (dispersion resins) are available in multiple types such as PVC/VAC copolymer, CAB, acrylic/nitrocellulose, and water-soluble acrylic, allowing selection according to applications and customer formulations.
It can be widely used in both water-based and solvent-based coatings. More recently, solvent-free, easily dissolvable powder-type processed pigments have been added to the lineup in response to environmental considerations and export requirements.
In terms of international regulations, it complies with the inventories of many countries.
Automotive exterior parts, automotive interior parts, motorcycles, bicycles, home appliances, cosmetic containers, amusement components, etc.
It requires no in-house pigment dispersion, is easy to use, and enables the creation of highly transparent, high-chromatic colors.
