- Duranatem 22A-75PX is an aliphatic polyisocyanate (HDI biuret) used as a crosslinker in two-component coating systems.

Acts as an aliphatic polyisocyanate crosslinker (HDI-biuret) that reacts with hydroxyl-containing resins (polyols) in two-component polyurethane coating systems to form durable urethane networks, improving film hardness, adhesion and weather resistance.Applications & Uses:
Used as a curing agent/crosslinker in two-component polyurethane coating systems for automotive refinishes (base and top coats), plastic coatings and heavy-duty industrial coatings. It is mixed with polyols at an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of 1/1, can be thinned with esters, ketones and aromatic solvents (PMA, MEK, MIBK, toluene, xylene, Solvesso #100, etc.), and is formulated where low color and good weather resistance are required.Benefits:

- Low color (Gardner <1) and good solvent compatibility (soluble in esters, ketones and aromatics).
- Designed for good adhesion, film appearance and long-term weatherability (demonstrated in Super-Xenon tests with compatible resins).
- Sensitive to moisture and requires sealed storage.
