Mono-functional, low-viscosity epoxy acrylate compound used as a resin modifier for photosensitive resins and as a reactive diluent in UV/photocurable formulations.
Used as a resin modifier and reactive diluent in photosensitive resins and UV-curable formulations such as UV inks, UV coatings, and radiation-cured adhesives; reduces viscosity, improves wetting and formulation handling, and co-reacts during cure to become part of the polymer network.
Low viscosity for efficient thinning of photosensitive resins; mono-functional reactive nature provides incorporation into cure with controlled crosslinking; high purity (>99%) minimizes impurities; suitable solvent compatibility (soluble in acetone and toluene) for formulation flexibility.
Low viscosity (220 mPa·s) enables reduced formulation viscosity and improved handling; mono-functional acrylate chemistry provides reactivity as a reactive diluent while limiting excessive crosslink density; high purity ( >99% per SDS) ensures predictable curing and compatibility in photosensitive/UV-curable systems.
