Introduced for the purpose of strengthening relations
with our VIP customers, the Computer Telephony Integration
(CTI) System, essentially an information system that
takes care of small volumes of multiple products, started
its operation in April 2001.

The system automatically forecasts demand based on
customer's orders, and empowers our operators to manage
well over 1000 delivery locations.
We have future plans in store to enable consolidation
of multiple orders into a single destination.
