Q : Are there any samples for all items? How much sample can I get and how much do they cost?

Samples are only available for specific materials / items. The quantity depends on the item. Usually, the the samples are available free of charge.

Q : What is the average lead time?

Avarage lead time depends on the origin of import. It may take 8-12 weeks. Upon completion, shipment will take around 10-30 days. Air and courier services will take about 3-10 days. We do keep stock for some of the items and delivery for such items will take one to few days.

Q : Where can I obtain the specifications and MSDS?

For some items, the specifications and MSDS are viewable from our web site. They are mostly in pdf files which can be downloaded or printed. For the other items, the respective Sales Division will be able to assist you.

Q : What is the typical product shelf life?

Product shelf life depends on the type of item / material. Please send us your specific enquiry and our Sales Team will follow up.

Q : What is the standard packing for your products and the type of packaging used?

We have different packaging for different items. Our standard packaging for chemicals is in Bags, Drums, Cylinders and Cans. For plastics, we have 25kg bags, 55lbs bags, 500kg boxes and bags and 1000kg boxes.


Q : Do you provide technical support?

Yes, we do provide basic technical support. Should the need arise, our associate suppliers will provide more detailed technical support.

Q : Where do most of your products orginate from?

Our products have vast origins. Mostly they are from Japan, the United States and Singapore. Some are made in Europe, Thailand and Malaysia.
