Environmental Policy.
We have established and will implement our Environment
Policy for terrestrial environmental conservation based
on the above-mentioned Corporate Philosophy
Compliance Policy.
We regard the reinforcement of our compliance systems as
an important priority. In August 2001 we established a Compliance
Committee, which has since coordinated a study of our compliance
systems and policies for Nagase & Co., Ltd. Recently the
Board of Directors established a Basic
Compliance Policy.
